To start the show, Reid and Jay dive right into The Oil... Understood for GCL Diesel talking about the biggest things coming out of day one of the Oilers' training camp. They share some clips from Oilers head coach Kris Knoblauch talking about Darnell Nurse and the issues he's facing regarding his injury and who his possible pairing might be. Knoublauch also speaks on Viktor Arvidsson and Jeff Skinner playing with Leon Draisaitl.

We then hear from Darnell Nurse and Vasily Podkolzin before Guy Flaming joins the show to talk about the ESTYs and some hockey!

In hour 3, Reid Wilkins and Jay Milne welcome in Edmonton Elks D Coordinator Jason Shivers to talk about the Elks' upcoming game against the Blue Bombers this Saturday at Commonwealth Stadium.
