    The past two years have been a bit of a rollercoaster for many people. There has unfortunately been an uptick in the number of individuals committing suicide and dealing with depression. Many people feel that they don't have an outlet and some just don't know where to begin to seek help. I decided to record this podcast episode to share tips on the things that helped me overcome depression a few years ago.

    No, these tips are not all inclusive and overcoming depression and suicidal ideation's is not an easy fix. You have to fight it with all you have. However, I do believe with the effort you put in and these tips, you will be on the road to living a happy, healthy, and whole life.

    If you've ever dealt with depression or suicidal thoughts, please feel free to share any tips that you may have for others to incorporate into their lives. We are all in this together.
