Bishop Harper Hunter delivers his message "Revival At Any Price" to the 81st Annual Assembly of the Church of God of Prophecy, held at the Assembly Tabernacle in Cleveland, Tennessee. This message was brought just prior to the official start of the Assembly on September 1.
