A bit of housekeeping, to begin the year - We shortened the name of our podcast from
‘The State of The Markets: A Real Estate Podcast with a Twist’ - to simply ‘Real Estate

Kickin’ things off with our “words” for the year - do you have one?

Christine starts us out with her power word for 2024 - 'intentional'. For Christine, it's
all about making choices that genuinely reflect who she is and what she values,
whether it's in her work, with her family, or in taking care of herself. It's about creating a life where she feels in control, not one which controls her.

Debbie’s embracing 'yes' in 2024 - a simple but powerful shift. It's about being open to
new opportunities and experiences. There's a lot of excitement in saying yes to what
life has to offer.

Lisa L is all about being 'present’ in 2024. In today's world, it's so easy to get lost in
work and forget to truly engage with the people we care about. She’s striving to leave
work at the door and be truly present when with family and friends.

Lisa D is embracing ‘balance’ in 2024. Seeking just the right chord between her
professional life and personal interests. It's about finding that sweet spot where
everything aligns.
