Over the weekend, 3,000 homeschoolers gathered outside of Sao Paulo for a major conference and rallying point. Generations Radio and The Worldview supported the conference with speaking and resources. Reports of government prosecution of homeschooling families are on the rise, with at least twenty cases presently on record. Pray for Christian families under this spiritual and political push back. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Hundreds of Hindus attacked 14 Christians in India As police officers watched in India, hundreds of Hindus attacked 14 Christians on October 30 in Chhattisgarh, after the believers defied orders to abandon their Christian faith and harvested crops from a communal farm, reports International Christian Concern. Several of the Christians, including two women, were beaten with wooden rods and suffered head trauma and broken bones. The mob also demolished the believers’ homes, destroyed the crops they had harvested, and injured a police officer who had tried to help. Nagesh Micha, a Christian rights activist, said, “The police, which are supposed to uphold the fundamental rights of an individual, have allowed 14 people to be beaten in their presence. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus and Jonathan Clark Nigerian Muslims killed 21 Christians in Benue State On November 1st and 2nd, Fulani Muslim herdsmen killed six Christians in Benue State, Nigeria after slaughtering 15 Christians in a nearby village two days prior, reports Morning Star News. Terwase Avande, a local resident, said they “began shooting at Christian residents.” And Paul Adetsav, a community leader, said, “The Fulani herdsmen keep attacking us almost on a daily basis, killing Christians at will and igniting fire on our houses and places of worship. “Crops we planted on our farms too have been destroyed by the armed herdsmen. Hunger has become an epidemic, killing us and our children since we have nothing to eat.” More than 400,000 members of the community have been displaced as a result of incessant attacks. A

Those nations are Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, and Vietnam. In Brunei and Cambodia, officials prohibit Christians from sharing their faith. Burma’s military often targets Christians with violence. Believers face blasphemy charges in Malaysia and Indonesia for criticizing Islam. And authorities in Laos and Vietnam try to force Christians to renounce their faith. There are also at least 45 Christians who are missing, detained, or imprisoned across Burma, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam. The Christians had come to the area after fleeing military conflict elsewhere in the northeastern African country. However, local Muslims demanded they leave since they did not want Christians in the area. One of the Christians said, “We are currently in a very bad humanitarian situation, as we have lost our shelter, and we have children, women and the elderly. The church was banned by the government in 2018, but has continued to meet. The most recent arrests included a church elder and 11 members. Also, 25 members of Taiyuan Xuncheng Reformed Church in Shanxi province were arrested, fined, and sentenced to 15 days of administrative detention.
