    1. "Old age" is not why we get arthritis - think about joint health as activity related, not age related.
    2. Hydrate - with clean water everyday - can take some pain away! AND your efforts in exercise and movement therapy won't be so severely diminished.
    3. The fascial net - the push/pull system in the body- is a major contributor to joint health. The Kinesiogram™ is a great way to get your own personal report about your body and learn next steps for the BEST movement of your life!
    4. Move your joints in ALL the ways they can. Most people just move joints a few ways and that's it. Get creative and move in all directions. Take the joints to their capacity. This is great for nervous system health (brain connectivity), fluid flow, and the connective tissue is expanding it's function in new, important ways. This is important for range of motion, extensibility, and mobility. You are also taxing the muscle in a new way and that is extremely beneficial for body harmony.
