• Behind Every Successful Woman is ...
    Oct 5 2024
"Behind every successful man is a woman". I remember the first time I had the saying. I must have been around 10 years old. I was at a church harvest service with my family at the St. Augustine's Anglican church in my Hometown Larteh. My father had just been introduced as a chairman for the occasion. He was introduced with glowing accolades, and I was proud to hear all the amazing things that were being said about this wonderful man I am privilege to call my father. I remember thinking what a brilliant man he was as he was ushered to his seat in the middle of the raced stage to rapturous applause.

    Mar 29 2024

This podcast is is dedicated to the memory of two of my closest and dearest who recently departed this world suddenly. My soul brother Pedro Eurico Antunes and my soul sister Akosua Nimo-Tieku (Aso). Pedro and Aso were the ultimate feminists and always encouraged me to write and speak about the various challenges professional women face in trying to achieve the perfect work life balance. We always concluded that there was no such thing as a perfect work life balance and that something precious to us eventually had to give. They both made the ultimate sacrifice.

  • Till Death Do Us Part
    Mar 29 2024
A beautiful woman sits behind her solicitor in a courtroom. She appears to be in her late 60s or early 70s. She is immaculately dressed in a stylish suit with three strings of pearls around her neck and matching drop pearl earrings. Her makeup is flawless. She looks sophisticated. In the witness box is a posh sounding gentleman, probably in his 70s, being cross-examined by the sophisticated lady’s barrister. The gentleman looks sad. He seems to get increasingly agitated with every question the barrister puts to him.

    Mar 27 2024
This podcast is dedicated to the memory of two of my closest and dearest who departed this world suddenly. My soul brother Pedro Eurico Antunes, who departed on 17th November 2023 and my soul sister Akosua Nimo-Tieku (Aso), who departed on 13th January 2024. Life threw us some very sour lemons but somehow blessings continued to abound in our lives and we were always grateful. These two beautiful souls and I shared countless conversations about the paradox of life and how to navigate our lives as professionals who were dedicated to our families.
