The Exorcist: The Believer was originally set as a remake but was reshot to be a direct sequel/follow up to the original film. The film features Ellen Burstyn, who will play Chris MacNeil (Regan's mother).

CORRECTION: Even though I did find evidence that the name Mortake derived from, mortuus lacus, or the dead lake.  I could not find any evidence that plague victims were buried in this part of London. My cousin told me this story when I was young. Having come from a long line of storytellers, it appears that this "fact" regarding the history of Mortlake-as stated in this video-- is incorrect.

In  review are  2 Enfield (London, UK) Hauntings. One of these hauntings was made internationally famous by the film The Conjuring 2, while the other happened to me as a child.

I will break down why I feel the first—even though famous—is a fraudulent case, and I’ll take you through a harrowing case that really did happen to me.

Whether the Conjuring 2 was fake or not it prompted a TV spin off, which was broadcast from the BBC studio into every British home one Halloween in 1992, causing an entire country to freak out. We’ll discuss why this program: GHOSTWATCH was banned in the UK, and why it had such an affect on the British public.
