    Shana Orczyk Sissel, CEO of Banríon Capital Management, specializes in alternative investments, helping advisors navigate complex public and private opportunities. She served as a key advisor in launching Armada ETF Advisors and its Home Appreciation U.S. REIT ETF (HAUS). With over 20 years in the industry, Shana’s experience includes leading alternative investment platforms at Cope Corrales and managing a $500 million portfolio as CIO at Spotlight Asset Group. Her background also features roles at Orion Advisor Solutions, Ariel Investments, Fidelity Investments, Mercer Investments, Peak Financial Management, and Russell Investments. A sought after on financial news networks, Shana holds a BS in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, an MBA from Bentley University, and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation. Known as the "Queen of Alternatives," she is recognized for her expertise and leadership in the field and wears the “crown” with great pride.

    Kelly Orr is a sales executive in Vanguard Financial Advisor Services. She supports Vanguard’s Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) Division in Eastern Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. Kelly’s 30-year career in financial services has included 12 years at Vanguard and 18 years at PIMCO as a Vice President/Advisor Consultant and National Account Manager. She earned a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from Fairfield University. Kelly lives in the Seacoast town of Portsmouth, New Hampshire with her husband, Keith and two daughters, Jordan and Piper.

Michelle joined MSCI in 2003, bringing over 10 years of institutional sales and trading experience; spanning Bank of America (Merrill Lynch), Citigroup, and Goldman Sachs. Michelle holds an MBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of New Hampshire. She sits on the U.S. board of Women in ETFS and is actively involved in Partners in Development (Haiti), a non-profit organization focused on helping impoverished communities attain independence and whole-life development. Michelle lives with her family in Maine on a beautiful pastoral property.
