    Police in Victoria say they have made more than 15 arrests over several dozen homophobic attacks that have taken place since June. They are part of a nationwide increase in assaults where teenage offenders use hookup apps to lure their victims before bashing them and filming the attacks, which are then uploaded to social media sites. Teenage offenders are assaulting and robbing people after using hook-up apps like Grindr to lure their victims. In some cases, the attacks are filmed and then uploaded to social media. There's also been an increase in street attacks involving teenage offenders.
