    Power Hat Company’s founder Brandi Voth, began mentoring survivors of human trafficking in 2017. She quickly realized the need for businesses to create opportunities for these survivors to gain marketable business skills, references, and on-the-job training. She founded the company in 2020 to provide transitional employment to survivors. Since then, she has partnered with other usinesses to create economic empowerment for exploited, trafficked, and at-risk individuals worldwide.
