Alison Watson DEC and women in industry.

I worked with Alison on bringing DEC to Cumbria and to the attention of the nuclear industry. DEC is an incredible achievement. I would even say it’s ahead of the curve. Industry needs to shift up a gear to accommodate the skills students are gaining studying DEC. Warning to industry, keep up with DEC or your new recruits will soon be looking for work with more upto date employers. John Mc.
