Макс Штирнер (1806–1856) – немецкий философ, долгое время был последователем Георга Гегеля и его учеников – младогегельянцев. Считается основателем философии индивидуалистического анархизма и предшественником экзистенциализма и постмодернизма. Многие его идеи позже заимствовал Фридрих Ницше. Основной труд Макса Штирнера Единственный и его собственность представляет собой радикальную критику христианства, национализма и морали, с одной стороны, а с другой – гуманизма, либерализма и социализма.
