The third installment of Edith Nesbit's Psammead Trilogy continues to follow the lives of the original five children and their magical endeavors. This recording was selected as a "Notable Children's Recording" by the American Library Association.

The full title is "The Ice Dragon, or Do as You Are Told" but, perhaps unsurprisingly, George and Jane do not do as they are told and find themselves at The North Pole and in the middle of a great adventure.
