On the other side of the Atlantic, a charitable foundation in New York City, established by Alexander Dragan, a mysterious Ukrainian philanthropist. A man who harbors a bitter longing for vengeance. US Army Warrant Officer Carl Yeager, on his second tour of Vietnam, reaches Khe Sanh in late January 1968.
