Harkwright Trilogy Series

A three-year stay will award you with an education that will rival any college and enough money to aid you in whatever career you choose. I’m applying to give my mom the life she deserves, to fund my sister’s medical bills...and so that I can have the only thing I truly want. For my family I will give them my time, my soul and my body, but I will never give them my heart. This place is going to test me, and the guys very well could break me, but they won't keep me down forever.

My second year at the prestigious Harkwright Academy is about to begin. This year I have even more trials to face, from attending the retreat after being claimed by Aeron, to seeing the infamous Harkwright Prince, with no more disguises in place. The cards may not seem stacked against me right now, but can I stay in the Harkwrights good graces without losing myself? Will I continue to see this place as nothing more than a means to an end, or will it offer me the things I never even knew I wanted?

I may be free from one of the Harkwrights, but another is taking his place. A wildcard and mystery. Whether he's better or worse than the one he's replacing remains to be seen. If I keep on baking, I might succeed in fooling myself into believing I am safe. That everything that has happened in the past two years was just a nightmare. But really that's just wishful thinking, because there are some things even fresh bread and homemade cakes cannot fix.
