The Lost Clone

Jane is a leftover clone. Created for an unknown purpose, then abandoned at a rundown facility outside Grid City, she has a knack for trouble and a burning desire to find out why she was made.

Jane’s investigation into the origins of her clone batch stall when her best source, the enigmatic Dean, disappears. Unable to continue her search, she heads to college and tries to settle into a normal life. But on her first day at Harbortown University, Jane meets a girl who looks just like her.

After the disastrous confrontation with Janette’s colleagues, Jane seizes a rare opportunity to investigate her mysterious clone sponsor. She poses as Janette and infiltrates the organization that created them. Her objective: save her other batchmates before they’re decommissioned. But the organization’s headquarters isn’t what it seems, and Jane encounters unexpected enemies inside. Even her allies are less reliable than she thought.

After their dramatic escape from Grid City, Jane and her friends flee to United West, desperate to reach their last batchmate before she’s decommissioned. With the agency hot on their heels, their mission won’t be easy. But help arrives from an unexpected source.
