Ron McAllister has discovered how to manipulate gravity. Unfortunately, it's a secret that the US Air Force wants...at any cost. Government agents, the military, and a mysterious group of aliens become involved.

The Unholy Trinity busily plots the downfall of Ron McAllister's fledgling dream as the members of The Project try to return to a life of "business as usual". Volume 2 of The Project series picks up right where the first episode left off. The members of the Federation are fugitives from the law and have taken refuge on the tiny Caribbean Island of Chacachacare, just off the coast of Trinidad. As the US Government continues its behind the scenes investigation, they enter into negotiations with Ron McAllister.

The United States has come to the conclusion that the Federation must be stopped! Tempers flare and war looms on the horizon while both sides jockey for position in the court of world opinion.
