Arieale Munson is an author, activist, advocate, and motivational speaker. She is the founder of Operation Taking Back 901, a 501(c) 3 Charitable Nonprofit in the State of Tennessee. Her mission is to implement economic and educational programs for underserved youth and their families in Shelby County. Born and raised in Memphis, Tn, Ms. Munson is a proud graduate of Northside High School and a reputable pillar in her community. Currently working for the government, she prides herself on working hard and providing resources. As a founding member of Memphis Shelby PAL, an Emerge Tn 2019 Cohort, and an active member of the Democratic Women of Shelby County, Ms. Munson’s visionary aptitude and relentless passion for change proves that hard work and maintaining an exemplary work ethic pays off. To add to her plethora of accomplishments, Arieale Munson was a casting film member in "The Creatives of Memphis”, a film about people making a difference in the city of Memphis. Although proud of the progress she’s made, her most noteworthy accomplishment is that of being a loving mother to her most prized possessions, her two amazing sons, Nyigel Turner and Steven Cole Jr.
