I served as Vice President of Human Resources - South Latin America for The Coca-Cola Company. Previously I was HR & Change Management Manager for Molinos and Senior Consultant for Arthur Andersen. I have delivered hundreds of conferences in 20 countries in the most varied organizations and have served as confidential advisor and executive coach to many of the region's top leaders. I am the author of 8 books such as “El futuro del trabajo ya llegó” (2022), “Tiempos para valientes” (2020), “Diseña tu cambio” (2019), "El futuro del trabajo y el trabajo de futuro" (2017), "Empresas (+) humanas" (2020) among others, and I often write articles and papers about organizations, talent and leadership for the main media. I am a CPA and hold a Doctorate in Economic Sciences (Universidad de Buenos Aires). I participated in specialization programs in Singularity University, Michigan University, Hebrew University of Jerusalem, MIT Lab and Silicon Valley Innovation Center, among others. I'm a Certified Professional Speaker by Global Speakers Federation/Latam Speakers Association I am a professor for the University of Buenos Aires, San Andrés, and Salamanca (Spain). I’m the Director of the Advanced Leadership Program at Universidad de San Andrés.
