University professor of Experimental Physics at the Sapienza University of Rome, he has done research in the field of Elementary Particle Physics, working in various international laboratories. He has published around 200 works in international journals. In 2017 he published his first crime novel, "Four Rules of Chance". In 2019 he published a second one: "Side effects". Two more novels were released in 2020, "Misunderstandings" and "Heterogenesis of ends". In 2021 "The bank manager" and "The missing journalist". In 2022 "Closing Day" and "The Right to Kill" In 2023 "Uncalculated risks and "Tricks of fate". All have as their protagonist Inspector Sergio Cataldis of the Rome Homicide Squad.
