“You can take the boy out of the neighborhood, but you can’t take the neighborhood out of the man.” My background is in computer technology from 1967 until today. By inspecting my website, you'll see I like writing in ‘series‘. I enjoy building on characters, probing each character and developing plots over time. The 2129 SERIES of books and manuscripts makes an educated guess at where technology will be in 2129 and beyond. I think of it as Science Prediction. I hope my writing accurately reflects my love of family. I’d say, we have been extremely fortunate with ours and I know that’s true, but I also know the tremendous amount of work, effort, and love that goes into making it successful. I’ve known many sides of family, as my WRITTEN FOR MY CHILDREN SERIES chronicles. It takes great effort and determination to make a great family, and all great families have a leader. The leader in our family has always been my wife. From our first date as sophomores in high school (1964), I knew Linda would build a great family – and she has. Family and friendships are what makes the world go around for me. I spend a lot of time remembering and enjoying all that has happened in a very full and fulfilling life. I wonder if the friendships can sustain the social media culture of today.
