Hi my name is Cairo and I am almost 16. I currently live in Kelowna, Canada but I spent most of my life travelling around the world attending British International schools. I had the idea to write The Turquoise Jewel when I was living in Dubai and we went on a family vacation to Oman. I was captivated by the history, exotic souks and villages. We finished the book while in COVID quarantine. This fun story is exactly what I think kids need right now. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as we did writing it.
