Carmen Franklin is an author and coach who is passionate about helping ordinary people to change their lives. For many years she struggled with a lack of boundaries, being unable to say ‘No’, not asking for help, and being too helpful to her detriment. As she began wrestling with questions about her purpose in life, her marriage and career, she began having conversations with God, challenging him to answer. Soon she realised that not only did God answer, but that he had been speaking to her all along, she just wasn't listening. Carmen is a Consultant and Director of Loving Light Ltd, offering Professional Executive Coaching and Facilitation services using her Love Coaching model and development tools. As a licensed Insights Practitioner, she delivers Insights Discovery sessions to individuals and groups and enjoys Coaching on Global Leadership Talent programs. Consulting with business professionals around the globe, she recognised that many of their work challenges were rooted in the same questions she previously wrestled with in her life. While she could reach them as a consultant, there were some who she wanted to reach on a more personal level. She realised that the Creator of the World is speaking into their lives, and people are missing His profound connection. Carmen wrote God Speaks to help individuals to embark on a personal journey of discovery whilst learning the truth that God wants to speak to them. In God Speaks, Carmen shares simple ways for ordinary people to hear God in their everyday lives. Carmen currently lives in the UK with her husband, they have an adult son. Carmen believes that you can fulfil your potential by knowing who you are. This desire for people propels Carmen to work with global business professionals and ordinary people to challenge their way of speaking, in order to master their emotions and interactions. Carmen used her challenging experiences and changed them into positive life lessons and tools.
