Christopher Aiello is a Hong Kong based Entrepreneur and Author. Christopher has lived most of his adult life as an Expatriate and Adventurer, living abroad in Asia for more than twenty years; and has lived in some of Asia's most interesting cities including Tokyo, Hong Kong and Bangkok. Christopher has practiced martial arts for more than twenty years starting first with Judo at the age of 13, then Shorinji Kempo and Ninpo Ninjitsu earning a black belt in Ninpo at the Genbukan in Japan. He currently practices Brazilian Jiujitsu and Kali (Filipino Martial Arts) in Hong Kong. Aiello has practiced a life long interest as a researcher and practitioner in nutrition, wellness, fitness and alternative therapies. Two years ago after incurring a lung disease due to an external particle infection, Christopher began a deep immersion into plant base medicines, hormones and hormone optimization,, and the endocrine system, as well as energy enhancing practices and modalities such as Qi Gong. Aiello has a passion for sharing what he has learned with others so that they may achieve optimal health, wellness, strength and vitality to create a life of purpose, passion and significance.
