DAN GILVEZAN has been a working actor in Los Angeles for over thirty years. During that time, he has appeared in scores of television shows, commercials, animated series and stage plays. Some of his more well-known roles include Spider-Man/Peter Parker in the NBC Saturday morning animated series, "Spider-Man & His Amazing Friends," Bumblebee in the original "Transformers" and Skip Seville in the cult favorite "She-Wolf of London/Love & Curses." Dan also spent three years as the on-camera spokesman for Jack-in-the-Box restaurants. Adhering to the advice to "write what you know," his first book, "Drowned in the Grenadine," was based on his experiences working as actor in Los Angeles. Dan is also the author of "Bumblebee & Me: Life as a G1 Transformer," a remembrance of his time voicing the popular character on the original Transformers animated series,"Soul: A Novel," is a fantasy that takes place in Heaven, on Earth, and someplace in-between, and his latest, "Dead Money: A Jolly Lomax Mystery."
