Giovanni Allevi, is a world-renowned composer and pianist, responsible for a profound renewal in classical music, who has brought back the art of composition to the attention of the new generations. Gold Star for Mozartian Valour) and as a Save the Children Ambassador, he is in the front line in defending children’s rights. He has received recognition from Pope Benedict XVI, Pope Francis and the Nobel Prize winner Mikhail Gorbachev. The American space agency NASA has named an asteroid after him: giovanniallevi111561. He was recently the author and presenter of an innovative italian docuseries "Allevi in the jungle".
