Jasmine Kramer is an expert on families but, first of all, a parent. Since she was very little, she has had a profound interest in family dynamics and child development. When she was a teenager, she dedicated her afternoons to reading psychology and pedagogy books to understand her childhood and the reasons behind her parents' behaviors. Then, she deepened her knowledge on the subject and pursued a career that could keep her close to her passions; she became a personal coach and helped many parents improve their parenting styles for their and their children's well-being. She always emphasizes how good parents take care of themselves first and how they must prioritize their mental health to ensure their children live happy and successful lives. When Jasmine became a mother herself, she realized how hard it can be to follow parenting techniques and be a good parent in real life. She made some mistakes and struggled to adapt the theory to her daily routine. After numerous ups and downs and setbacks, she became the mother she always wanted to be. Later in her life, she combined her studies with her personal experience, thus giving rise to a series of books that provide not only basic knowledge to understand parenting but also useful, practical strategies that all parents have the power to put into practice. Jasmine Kramer doesn't aim to provide all the right answers but to guide parents in their parenting journey by fostering personal growth, continuous improvement, and self-discovery.
