Richard R. Barbour started out in stand up comedy, writing for Rodney Dangerfield, and performing at Catch A Rising Star and other notable comedy clubs. As a comic, Richard was featured on Good Morning America and The Oprah Winfrey Show and was a staff writer for the TV show Comedy Tonight, and for Robert De Niro’s Tribeca TV series. Richard lives in Brooklyn NY. Joseph R. Barbour is a writer and editor, and the Co-Author of “Fishbowl 45: The Unpresidented Parody.” Joseph began performing at an early age, working in commercials, film and television throughout his childhood. After studying at the HS of the Performing Arts, he began writing short stories and screenplays, and has collaborated on numerous projects with his father Richard R. Barbour. Joseph was born and raised in Brooklyn NY. Richard and Joseph have written several screenplays and stage plays, including “Blood & Water,” “Baby Boomers,” “Brooklyn Bleeds” and others. “Fishbowl 45” is the first novel written by Richard and Joseph, and is adapted from their Broadway-bound stage play of the same name.
