Kurt Luidhardt Kurt is a proud husband to Kristen and father of two. His early passion for leadership and public service guided his entrepreneurial journey. In 2004, while both working in politics, he and Kristen launched their first business venture. Two years later, they founded The Prosper Group, where Kurt now serves as CEO. Kurt was recognized by Campaigns & Elections as a rising star in the field in 2010. Kurt’s expertise in digital marketing has made him a sought-after resource, with his work being quoted or featured in national publications such as The New York Times, The Washington Post, ABC News, and Politico. He is passionate about entrepreneurship, particularly in his hometown of New Washington, Ohio, where he and Kristen own several local businesses, including Dutchtown DariBar and a recently acquired gas station and auto repair shop. The couple has also been active investors in political technology firms and real estate for many years. Her expertise in organizational leadership, digital communications, and strategy has made her a valued advisor to clients across various industries. Kristen has also contributed to the digital efforts of national political campaigns, where she played a significant role in fundraising and digital outreach strategies. She has been invited to share her insights at conferences across the United States and internationally in countries such as Brazil, France, and Mexico. Kristen’s entrepreneurial spirit aligns with Kurt’s, and her passion lies in helping others overcome barriers to achieve success. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on the Indianapolis Colts.
