Four careers in fifty years. I graduated as a semiconductor and communications research physics technologist (1971). Then, an entrepreneur from (1982 -2016) Built a public company called Calian Group. Took it public in 1993. A politician from 2006 until 2010 as Mayor of Ottawa, the Capital City of Canada. Invented a new form of democracy using blockchain to fuse direct and representational voting. And finally, I am a fiction writer exploring the impact of AI on society. Life is perfect.
