LaDonna Humphrey is an award-winning writer, podcaster, documentarian, investigative journalist, and an advocate for victims of crime. Her passions include advocating for missing adults, crime victims, children in foster care, and for women in recovery. LaDonna's first book, The Girl I Never Knew, garnered her the nomination for Best New True Crime Author of the year for the 2023 True Crime Awards. Additionally, her podcast Deep Dark Secrets was also nominated for Best Indie Podcast of the year. Her first documentary film, Uneven Ground: The Melissa Witt Story was released on May 20, 2023 and is now available on Amazon Prime. LaDonna is the Executive Director of Oasis of Northwest Arkansas, the co-founder of All the Lost Girls, co-founder of True Crime Fest, and the co-host of the Deep Dark Secrets Podcast and the Extinguished Podcast. LaDonna and her husband Danny have seven children and live in Northwest Arkansas.
