Linnea Stonebraker has been a registered nurse for more than 40 years. After over two decades as a registered nurse, she started her own business, the National Institute for Healthcare Education, an AHA Training Center, in 2003 in southern California. NationalHeartEducationThis business has grown every year since, and she wrote the definitive book on how to do what she does, “How to Start, Run, & Grow a Safety Training Center,” to help others who want to bless their community in the same way. National Institute for Healthcare Education was awarded National AHA Training Center status, and it earned the Top 1% award for the best AHA Training Centers from the American Heart Association several years ago. She now travels the country training AHA Instructors and helping AHA Training Sites and Programs get up and running and grow their footprint in their communities. Linnea has become known around the country for her ability to make complex topics simple and easy to understand and her willingness to mentor nurses and other healthcare providers, community members who want to bless their communities, and entrepreneurial-minded individuals who want to start their own businesses to provide freedom for themselves and their families. Her dream is to share the experience and the things she has learned with others, looking for the freedom that owning their own business brings and who want to own a company that gives back to their local communities. Linnea's work has not only made a significant impact on the communities she serves but has also brought her personal growth and fulfillment, inspiring her to continue her journey and share her knowledge with others. Since the early 2000’s, Linnea has been leading community health improvement programs through her church and her business, teaching people how to take charge of their health and make lifestyle changes that promote longevity and energy. Linnea is an exciting speaker and motivator, and she is passionate about sharing with others her knowledge of how they can bless their communities with high-quality training that improves the quality of life for those communities. Linnea served for many years as AHA Regional Faculty for ACLS, BLS, and PALS and was a Regional Trainer for NRP. She and her team just rolled out TopNurseCE to provide for the need for high-quality, low-cost continuing education courses for healthcare professionals and to give nurses a place to get published. She says that all the credit and all the glory go to our Creator God, who has shown favor on all her efforts.
