Lisa Rae Morris is a writer of both fiction and nonfiction, a creative crafter, serial hobbyist, unapologetic nerd, and coffee connoisseur in the Pacific Northwest. Born and raised in the mountains of Arizona, she developed a fondness for shade and is now thriving amongst the evergreens. Lisa is passionate about the Word of God and loves to cheer for Christian marriages, especially for hard working husbands. Growing up, she was often called a tomboy, and had the quirk of having mostly guy friends until after she married her favorite one in 2001. Having guys ask her for advice about girls was a regular occurrence all through high school and college, but it gave her insight into the frustrations and miscommunications that men face when trying to understand the women they care about. She is annoyed at the way media so often portray men as clueless and immature, because she knows that each one of them is a potential knight in shining armor! Given that, her first book, Wifeology, is all about helping Christian husbands understand and love their wives passionately. Time Tree ~ The Emergence is Lisa's fiction novel, released in June 2019. It's an epic adventure of ancient secrets, time travel, history, and romance. Journey to rural Victorian Scotland and back with new characters Iris Jacobs and Angus Armstrong, a pair of unlikely friends from different centuries! Look for upcoming books in the Time Tree Chronicles series. Lisa and her airline pilot husband homeschool their beautiful kids, have housefuls of people over for dinner, and sing loudly in the car.
