NOA MENHAIM grew up in the Old City of Jerusalem in a house overlooking the Wailing Wall. She studied literature, history, film and television and worked at a bookstore before becoming a full-time literary critic and editor. She is Head of the Hebrew Literature Department at the largest publishing house in Israel and is an essayist, Screenwriter and a literary geneticist, exploring the evolution of culture. NOA MENHAIM is married and has a son, a cat and too many books for her own good.
