Nova Doyle grew up in a large, multicultural family, which instilled in her a deep curiosity about human dynamics and relationships from a young age. She has spent much of her life traveling the world, immersing herself in different cultures and learning ancient spiritual traditions. These experiences have enriched her understanding of healing practices and personal growth. After facing and overcoming significant personal challenges, she decided to dedicate herself to helping others on their journeys of self-discovery and relationship improvement. In recent years, she has worked as a consultant and coach, supporting individuals and couples in navigating the complexities of their relationships. Her passion for writing has led her to share her experiences and knowledge through articles, blogs, and books, with the aim of providing practical tools and inspiration for those seeking a more conscious life and healthier relationships. Nova has traveled extensively to places renowned for their spiritual and healing traditions, such as Rishikesh and Kerala in India, the birthplace of yoga and Ayurveda, respectively. She has also spent considerable time in Thailand, known for its rich Buddhist practices, and Bali, Indonesia, with its vibrant and transformative spiritual community. Additionally, her journeys have taken her to Peru to explore Andean shamanism and to the sacred sites of the Navajo Nation in the United States.
