She has spent much of her life traveling the world, immersing herself in different cultures and learning ancient spiritual traditions. These experiences have enriched her understanding of healing practices and personal growth. After facing and overcoming significant personal challenges, she decided to dedicate herself to helping others on their journeys of self-discovery and relationship improvement. In recent years, she has worked as a consultant and coach, supporting individuals and couples in navigating the complexities of their relationships. Nova has traveled extensively to places renowned for their spiritual and healing traditions, such as Rishikesh and Kerala in India, the birthplace of yoga and Ayurveda, respectively. She has also spent considerable time in Thailand, known for its rich Buddhist practices, and Bali, Indonesia, with its vibrant and transformative spiritual community. Additionally, her journeys have taken her to Peru to explore Andean shamanism and to the sacred sites of the Navajo Nation in the United States. Guided by her mission to help people discover their inner potential, Nova aspires to foster a global community of aware and connected individuals. Through her extensive travels and deep engagement with diverse spiritual traditions, she brings a wealth of wisdom and practical insights to her work, empowering others to embark on their own paths of personal and collective growth.
