My name is Ramón López Grimardit. I was born in Cuba and I live in Houston, Texas, United States of America. I studied Bachelor of Culture Physics and Sports in Cuba, and I specialized in athletics. Also, I made a Master in High Sports Performance at a university center in Santa Clara, in the Villa Clara province, Cuba. I will not list the courses of graduate school that I did, because the truth is that graduating and having a degree professional written on paper, does not tell us what we can do in our lives. We are in a time of much development, in which facts are the ones that have to prove what you know, and most importantly, demonstrate it to your audience, your general public and all the people to the ones you want to help, so, through my story, I will tell you how and in what areas can I help you improve your life. The most exciting thing for me is being able to contribute and help people to lose weight and motivate them to do physical activity. That's why i decided create this e-book. Honestly, I have worked many years, for many hours under the sun and in the rain, with pleasure, I'm not going to lie to you ... This is what that I am passionate about: the world of sports.
