Sydney Keller is a mentor of high school and college girls, and the author of Life Skills for Teen Girls. Her work is focused on helping teenage girls navigate the tricky landscape of adolescence and build the life skills and emotional resilience they’ll need to succeed as adults. Sydney has always been a perfectionist, and as a teenager, this made life very stressful for her. She knows how it feels to be hurt, stressed, and over-extended by other people’s expectations, and she’s been knocked down by enough unexpected challenges to know that teenagers need a helping hand. Much as her teen years were difficult, she remembers that there were many beautiful parts to growing up, and she’s determined to help as many girls as she can to access that same beauty, building their confidence and skills as they go. As a teenager, Sydney figured out most of what she needed to know on her own, and it was tough. Her goal is to make the journey easier for other young people, showing them the steps forward and helping them reduce stress along the way. She’s determined to see more young girls thrive and grow to love themselves, and this passion is clear in her writing. Sydney has a degree from Samford University. She is happily married and an active member of her church. She describes herself as an extrovert, and loves to have fun and cheer others on as they pursue their goals.
