Tamara Thompson is the mother of her 3 year old boy, Logan and the wife of Jason Mann, an abstract artist and teacher. Jason sometimes helps Tamara with book covers and design work as well as illustrations for her kid's books. Thompson is the author of 5 books to date, Before You Were Born, Happy Birthday Jack, Busy With Bee with illustrator Charlotte Drewery, Poems of a Codependant and her latest collection of poems, I Dream In Poetry. She enjoyed writing as a hobby for most of her youth and into her young adult years. She remembers sitting with friends on her porch or tucked away in the playroom, in school, after school, even on weekends; creating mock books that she would develop, with fun characters, settings, plots and of course clincher endings. During a family vacation when it rained the whole week, this grade two student wrote stories instead of playing outside. She always held a strong desire within her to become a writer. Thompson enjoyed writing in journals over the years, noticing that this activity was a great aid in overcoming bipolar, she was able to utilize it as a form of therapy. The author has been able to heal from addictions and mental illness due to her writing. She became well and then she became a published children's author, blogger and poet, owning i. Blog Your Business, a social media business. The author remembers on the way home from a weekend getaway, her first children's books characters were resonating with her. She liked the story and characters, it seemed to just come together. When Tamara arrived home she started right away, her first book was traditionally published only Six months later. She is the owner of i. Blog Your Business, a social media business that teaches social media skills, advertising, education etiquette and promotions. With a means to write articles and business bio's for her clients to gain in exposure and revenue. i. BLog Your Business, formerly known as The Healthy Way, with blog articles about healing and mental health recovery from 2010-2017. i. Blog Your Business has expanded with over 28K in viewers worldwide. Tamara Thompson is an advocate for mental health where she travels to events, community organisations and schools, speaking about her voyage through the other side of mental health and reading her works of Poetry. Tamara Thompson has been said to be an illustrative writer, where her material and her writing is expressed to be in a manifested form that with the energies of the power of intention, her work comes to be, showing up with the miracles of the universe. One example of this is when she wrote her first book about her son Jack in 2010, five years later, the book and her personal story true to the tale, page for page came true. She was able to give birth to her son at the age of 39, after many years of wanting to become a mother. Her books ring a sense of trueness where her writing does depict and also predicts the life around her and the many she writes for, from her personal stories, published material, her positive and uplifting stories in business and in her social media promotional work, has been able to come to pass.
