Tara O'Connor is an author and coach who grew up in Dublin, Ireland, and worked for many years as a financial adviser, advocate and educational consultant. Through this work, she saw how major life changes can and do effect the very dynamics of family life. Tara saw how people struggled in their personal and professional lives, when they did not have clarity and faced unforeseen life altering situations e.g. separation, illness, death and divorce, and how the lack of foresight only compounded her clients circumstances. Money mindset was always at the fore of her coaching business. Although Tara no longer practices as a financial adviser, she coaches her clients in the subjects most people are afraid to talk about, but yet still need the answers to. It is from Tara's previous work and personal experience that she has written a number of books around the subject of separation, divorce and dying. She writes in a simple and easy to understand manner. She brings her own experience to her books, and is very honest about past mistakes, so the reader knows she is writing from experience, from the heart, with a little humour thrown in for good measure. Tara also coaches business clients who want to write books to elevate their businesses, share their message and create additional streams of income. She is currently developing a number of online courses to facilitate this process. Despite the seriousness of the topics she covers, Tara always believes in the power of laughter, love and music, and so intertwines these themes into the elements of her books. She covers topics in her books such as: • Death & Funerals • Mindfulness • Discovering Our Values & Happiness • Affirmations • Self Care • Creating Flow • Eliminating Overwhelm & Stress • The Benefits of Music In Our Lives • Intuitive Guidance (Gut Instinct) • Planning For The Future Tara has also developed a program for second level schools, to help students understand how money works, how it it made, spent and how our money mindset affects our lives. Tara’s motto is ”always try to find the positive in each situation, no matter how small”. Ultimately she is a great advocate for self-care, meditation and the acknowledgement of those who love and support us. What her readers say! “I wish this book (Separation Transformation) was available to me when my marriage was ending. I felt that events were so out of my control.
