Awesome book

It helps me. This is a nice well-written audiobook long and provides a lot of useful information for those starting or who have not tried meditation, mindfulness, positivity, or journaling.

Wow nice, listen to the book...

This book has helped me with more than just anxiety. It has also helped me with my depression. This book is a great resource with activities and exercises to use meditation to aid in controlling your anxiety.

Great material. Easy to follow

This material was packed with tips to improve my mindful perspective. I enjoyed the easy reading style so that I could focus on the principles being explained. The author did a nice job of conveying the value and process of mindfulness.

This audiobook is an excellent way to learn

A good introduction to mindfulness for the beginner. Science merges with spirituality as the student is led from ignorance to understanding. Ideas like the Beginner’s Mind, awareness, and living in the moment are emphasized.
