A rare gem
Very rarely have i come accross a series that really hit all the special points when it comes to action, writing and development. The MC is badass, not completely OP, but more of a secret OP with a lot of weaknesses that balances out the powers.
The narrator is excellent.
The book makes sure to have great pacing with action, the proper amount of slow paces while still keeping the tension. Most LITrpgs lose the tension when the MC becomes more powerful, this doesn’t.
It also has very little stats and such, while you always know that they exist.
The world building and magic is top tier.
Only downside is that there are only two books. Wanted more.
Overall, an incredible series. Hopefully the next installment is released soon.

an unexpectedly good find
I love reading litrpg/isekai books, and some days I feel like I've read/listened to all the good ones already as I'm listening to half baked books about power and level and so. But sometimes, you'll find a hidden gem.
And that's what this series is. I honestly didn't have much hopes when I first bought it, but lord was I wrong. It hit all the points I love, character profession, world building, proper explanation of things, and well made characters.
This book had a similar feeling to portal to nova Roma

Not quite on par with book 1
The biggest problem I have is with some scenes that are unnecessary and with ill-fitting interludes that literally spell out things about side characters, I think those could have been done better.

Stressful
Stressful situations always fallow the protagonist and it is a trip to read, never know what’s gonna happen 10/10
