I feel at ease and excited!

Michelle jones has done an amazing job writing these meditations and affirmations. I was a little anxious at first, but as I progressed further listening to this audiobook I feel a lot calmer. The narrator did a fantastic job and I would recommend. I will be purchasing the second trimester soon.
