Summary

Handy tips

The tips they give in each episode are handy. More than anything it's interesting to hear different people's perspectives. I liked hearing the different things people went through and their coping mechanisms. It was rather inspiring.

Thought provoking

Enjoyed the themed episodes and short exercises at the end of each segment. Particularly fascinated by some of the research and statistics. Most enjoyable episode was no.4 on Meditation 🙏

Great overview

While I read books from few authors that feature in the program, the introduction nicely summarised their views and presented new ones.
I also liked the format: two very knowledgeable presenters discussing the happiness with various authors of books on happiness.

Good time spent: gave me ideas what else to read about the topic.
