How to Survive, book 6!

I'm don't know anyone who has PTSD (what I know of), but it's a very interesting book with smart advice you can use otherwise as well.

Holly Holt does a great job.

The author Stephanie Anne Allen is new to me and I looking forward to listening to the rest of the books in this serie.

Great

A really good insight into PTSD and the ramifications in everyday life. It was good that there was not a lot of hard to understand language it seemed to be written for everyone.
