Help for teens to grow and become more confident

If you are the type to believe we can improve our confidence and performance through mental training and practice, this audiobook will be a tremendous asset for you or your teenager. The author brings the idea of 'self talk' and using the power of self-affirmation to improve their mental positivity and confidence as it relates to sports, but it could be sued every day for many situations. The chapters on affirmations can be listened to over and over to give someone an edge for sporting events, or even important days at work or school. Who wouldn't want to learn new skills to improve and possibly gain an advantage.
