excellent audio book
I downloaded this audio book for my wife as she struggled with the early stages of pregnancy. She really enjoyed it and definitely is much more relaxed and happy now. Would recommend.

Very Informative!
Perfect for mums or soon to be mums. Great source of self-care for pregnant woman, The author made this a masterpiece for them and a great guide for mum to take care of themselves and their babies. Very detailed and over all great content.

Creative and Thoughtful!
The audiobook is well crafted to help pregnant women so that women can take care of their need to keep baby safe and reduce most complication that women experience during and after pregnancy. It is not selfish to look after one's self during this period but women always look after others first but the book gives information of self care in layers to focus on mental health and healthy well being . The book is clear and the tips are well thought of and relatable.
