Shadows of Discovery
Another really great listen with the wonderful Meg Price narration bringing this story to life. What a ride, this book again has many things going on, you barely know when to take a break.

After the gruesome ending of book 1, Cole returns to his home before going to see Lexi. He finds her being assaulted in the barn.😠🥺 Thankfully, he saved her from too much harm.
He explains everything that happened and why he couldn't return immediately. She's devasted for him.💔 He has to take part in the trials if he wants to claim the thrown. They can be deadly!
This book had a lot of threats, fear, and danger throughout it. It was gripping!👑⭐️🩸
