A simple way to ease tension
This was quite a practical yet soothing audio book. Its exercises seemed not that stressful even when busy and appealed to the realistic purpose of their running: taking less tension and giving good posture at least. It explained much on the relations of exercise to clarity and quick relaxations over work with pretty easy things. It left me in a far better and more-in-control state of both body and mind. Release your Stress!
I didn’t know how much stress my body held until I tried the easy exercises in this book. They fit into my busy day and helped me feel less tense and more flexible, definitely more flexible, believe me :) and my back feels more relaxed. The tips for better posture and calming anxiety worked fast and felt great! If you want a simple way to feel better without hard workouts, this book is perfect!
