I’ve done talk and some nervous system based therapies but I have been so interested in diving into somatic to help help me heal more from a huge relational trauma I went through. This helped me understand more about what it entails and how it can help me personally!!

Great Guide for those with stress and anxiety

This book provides a clear and thorough guide for completing the exercises that will help with stress and anxiety. I love the exercises focusing on mindfulness and the section to guide so you do the exercises correctly. It really clicked for me once I got to that section. I often did things wrong, hence not getting the results I wanted. This guide helped me in so many ways, and I am very excited to help relieve my stress and anxiety. As a social worker, I fully appreciate the book working on trauma also. It is very important for so many. Highly recommend.
